公司針對毛利率說明，因IoT事業部產品組合的有利的變化，加上AI事業部營收比重提升，毛利率提高到46%、季增2個百分點、年增6個百分點。以兩大事業體區分，IoT事業部方面，首季營收6.5億元、季減42.6%、年增4%，其中在連接應用領域因部分客戶庫存控制，減少拉貨影響，後續仍需要兩個季度的去化才會再回到過往的成長；穿戴裝置也因季節性因素營收季減，不過該領域隨客戶產品功能越趨複雜，對記憶體需求仍為增加趨勢；影音及其他類則以智慧家電、小型顯示裝置的貢獻較大，其中智慧家電產品在AI及聯網應用帶動下，需求及記憶體容量都同步增加。Horn antenna 值得一提的是IoT事業部的新產品，S-SiCap 導入嵌入基板設計中，主要應用在HPC產品封裝上，可以提升SoC穩定度並增加產品效能，並進一步增加電容，提高系統性能，目前專案順利進行，不過今年應還不會有實質貢獻，惟隨著HPC及SoC在封裝領域發展，該產品可望為中長期營運增添動能。 在AI事業部方面，第一季營收為9,800萬、季增逾兩倍，主要因新世代挖礦機進入量產，晶圓銷售收入成長顯著，授權金收入也因專案順利導入達成認列營收，另外，S-SiCap IP也成功應用在2.5D先進封裝Interposer(中介層)上，已有數個客戶採用、流片，隨著進入量產，預期下半年將會開始有營收貢獻。 公司強調，AI事業部目前主要經營重點在將VHM導入AI、HPC等應用市場。VHM是把記憶體整合在SoC上，為客戶提供高頻寬、低功耗記憶體解決方案，在效能功耗上有很大優勢，目前與客戶有數個POC案子順利進行中。 (圖片來源:資料庫) 熱門點閱 »
