【His Holiness Sheng-Yen Lu Featured Article】 Thousands and hundreds of Padmakumara

I am 52 years old this year.
My only wish in this life is to "rescue and enlighten the sentient beings".

In the process of my cultivation, I vowed when I attain enlightenment, willing to give up everything including fame and fortune, official positions, willing to give up wealth, willing to forsake my family and children, willing to forsake entertainment, willing to forsake my living and time, willing to forsake everything, just to "rescue and enlighten the sentient beings".

At the beginning, I made a wish alone, I was wondering, I abandon everything, but no one is helping me.

At this time, Sakyamuni Buddha said to me: "You do not need to be worried."
"How would I not be worried, I have nothing?"

Buddha said:
"You are Padmakumara who reborn in Saha world. And there are thousands and hundreds of Padmakumara reborn in human realm with you, hundreds response to a single call, how would there be no helpers?"

Then I had a dream, I dreamt that my mouth gave birth to a child followed by another child, each of the kid is holding a lotus, red, white, purple, green, black, these kid queue and look at me.
I asked the kids:
"Do you recognize me?"
The children answered:
"How would we not recognize you, you are the one who brought us to the Saha world (Sahalokadhatu)."

I woke up after I've heard it.
Up till today, my disciples said: "The water and the sky are of one hue and integrate with thousand tides of waves, sail ten thousand miles in the blue sea, human are lost lots of times in life, sentient beings have endless troubles, when will the sentient beings be able to get out of the six realms, where do look for the real meaning of life? In order to save those who are sinking in misery, to free the sentient beings who sink into the nether world, to save the sentient beings Saha world, His Holiness gave a lecture of 『The Great Exposition of Secret Mantra (密宗道次第廣論)』. In the past one year, Grand Master lead us through the heavy fog, to enter into the layers of palace of Tantrayana, to explore the abundant treasure, to enable us to understand the greatness of Esoteric Buddhism, the state of innate (arise spontaneously, naturally and effortless 任運) extraordinary wisdom and Abhijna (supernatural powers 神通) impressed us, to cause us to aspire and look forward, and enable us to practice more diligently. The most beloved Grand Master, you are the mentor of all sentient beings, human and deities take refuge in you, thank you for showing us the path of Tantrayana stages, to look back to the original return path, thousands of words in the heart."

「The great and mighty universe consciousness and knowledge of Living Buddha,  thank you for explaining the supreme dharma to us, thank you disclosing the universe light to us, thank you for your compassionate in accepting and protect us, to allow us to have a chance to learn supreme dharma, to enable the True Buddha dharma to continue forever, to benefit all of the sentient beings, and will lasts forever and never cease."

"Indestructible body of Vajra, a dharma talk was given to explain the dharma of indestructible vajra, inconceivable and incredible, willing to use the method of sheep herding to rescue and save the sentient beings, wish all of us to attain rainbow body, we are grateful to you speechlessly, we will "cultivate diligently" to show our gratitude, we are just like your sheep hook, to sail with you in the Dharmadhatu."

And also:

"The Great Exposition of Secrent Mantra, who is able to expound the meaning of the sutra?
The senior monk is fear of being left behind, and therefore gold was yielded as a result of washing in the pan.
The heart exposed compassion and the lotus was born from mouth, Living Buddha Lian-Sheng present brightness;
I question how good is the sutra? Innate Ahijna freely and naturally."

Once again:

"Thank you, Grand Master, for explaining the definition of grace/kindness,
Esoteric Buddhism is difficult to understand but we are clear and understand now;
the definition of lost and enlightenment were clear up,
the stages of perfection is reconciled."

I have four million disciples now.
Who is Padmakumara and reborn in Saha world? Who are the thousands and hundreds of Padmakumara?
I truly tell everyone now－－
There are thousands and hundreds of Padmakumara, everyone has a marking, it is not fanciful when lay bare the truth with one remark, the precious is within cultivation.

Who are the real thousands and hundreds of Padmakumara? As long as your maggacitta (faith and desire to practice) is irreversible, firmly believe in Root Guru, cultivate True Buddha Vajrayana practice diligently, propagate the Dhamma (buddhism teaching) and save sentient beings, correspond to and unite with Padmakumara, you are the real thousands and hundreds of Padmakumara.

Do not ask me who is the thousands and hundreds of Padmakumara?
