Green Tara Practice is easy to have response and correspondence!

《The excellence and the origins》

Green Tara is a great salvation Bodhisattva in Tibetan Esoteric Buddhism, among the people who practice Tibetan Esoteric Buddhism, a lot of female Tantrayana practitioners cultivate Green Tara practice. She sits on a white lotus pedestal, according to her vow, due to Avalokitesvara pity all sentient beings, Green Tara is therefore the emanation of the tears shed by Avalokitesvara when Avalokistevara was in sadness, therefore Green Tara is the most compassionate deity.

《Dharma appearance and the implication》

Green Tara has a head with two arms, each hand is holding lotus, her body is green in colour, slim and beautiful. Her right foot extend downwardly, to imply to save sentient beings at anytime, her physical appearance is like a compassionate mother who would save her own children at anytime, her right arm rests on her right knee and the palm face outward, is a mudra of supreme generosity, and she is also holding a lotus, indicating she is willing to answer the wishes of sentient beings with the lotus.

Left arm is holding a blooming lotus (utpala flower), there are another two lotus on top of the lotus, one of them is not blossom yet, and the other is half blossom, indicating that the Tara, the embodiment of enlightened activities of the Buddhas of the past, present, and future. Green Tara wears a five Dhyani Buddha crown and jeweled ornaments, is exceptional elegant and dignified, her body emits lights of rainbow colour, and is extremely beautiful.

In Tibetan Esoteric Buddhism, Green Tara has twenty-one emanation. White Tara and Green Tara are known as sisters. Is a great bodhisattva worthy to be admired by Tantric cultivator, is the easiest to close to, and also the easiest to have correspondence and union, some people have great wisdom after cultivating Green Tara Practice in their whole life, as long as sentient beings recite her name wholeheartedly, recite Green Tara mantra, the cultivation would have a fruition.

People who cultivate Tantric Dharma must not forget the "Fourfold Refuge", "Armor Protection", "Four Immeasurable Minds", "Great Homage", "Great Mandala Offering", each of these must be done or chanted in every practice.

After the above were done when entering mandala, mudra can then be performed, right palm facing outward indicates mudra of supreme generosity, left palm facing inwards indicates mudra of holding lotus.

《Visualization》

During the visualization, first visualize the white lotus pedestal move to own brahmarandhra (aperture of Brahma), and emit white light into whole body to eradicate all of the accumulated illness, past karmic offences, troubles and tribulations, and obstacles, which means eons of bad karma are eradicated by Yidam Green Tara with white light, regardless whether it is transmundane (other-worldly) or mundane, would attain wisdom, abhijna (supernatural power), blessings, prosperity, logevity and etc., all would be accoplished.

Then visualize Green Tara transforms into a pearl of pure light, enters through the brahmarandhra down from the crown to rest on the lotus at your heart chakra. Lastly, visualize Green Tara sits on the lotus at your heart chakra, contiunue to visualize yourself to merge with Yidam,  implying the intergration of merging of oneself and deity, own self turn into Yidam and enter into Samadhi.

《Heart Mantra》

After the visualization, chant the Green Tara mantra while couting with the prayer beads on the hand: "Om。Tare。Tuttare。Ture。Soha。". Recite 108 times or try to chant more.

綠度母法易相應!

《殊勝與由來》

綠救度母，在藏密之中，是一位救世的大菩薩，修藏密的人，很多女性的密宗行者，都修持綠救度母。她坐在白色的蓮花座上，依其本誓，是「阿哇盧吉低哇拉」（觀音菩薩），因慈悲天下眾生，傷心時掉下眼淚的變化身，所以是最慈悲的。

《法相與意義》

綠度母的法相，是一頭二臂，雙手各持蓮花，身體是玉青色，纖細而美麗。她的右腳向下伸，意味著隨時應機去救度眾生，她的法相如慈母一股，隨時去拯救她自己的孩子一樣，她的右手靠在她的右膝上，掌心向外，是與願印且持蓮花，是將蓮花施與天下的意願。

左手持支盛開著的蓮花，蓮花上又有兩朵蓮花，一朵未開，一朵半開，均意味著未來、現在、過去三世均是如此的依止著佛法的誓願而行。綠救度母，頭上戴著小五佛冠，飾以珠寶，高貴莊嚴異常，身子放射出虹光，美麗異常。

在藏密，綠救度母，有二十一個化身。白度母與綠度母是姐妺之稱。是值得修密宗的人敬仰的一位大菩薩，是最容易親近的，也最容易得到相應，有些人一生專修「綠度母」法，得到很大的智慧，眾生祇要誠心誠意稱唸她的名字，持「綠救度母」的心咒，修行自能得果。

修密法的人，不可忘了「四皈依」、「披甲護身」、「四無量心」、「大禮拜」、「大供養」，這是每一次修法都要做的或唸誦的。

進入密壇，做完上述之後，可以結手印，右手掌心向外是與願印，左手掌心向內是持蓮印。

《正行觀想》

觀 想時，先觀想白色的蓮花座，移至自己的頭頂梵穴，放射白色的光明，入自己的全身之中，把自己無始以來，一切的疾病罪業，一切的魔難障礙全都的破除無餘，也 就是本尊綠救度母的白色光明，除盡了累世的業障，不管是出世間，入世間，一切智慧神通，福祿壽等等，均可得之，一切成就。

再觀想綠救度母，化為淨光明的一點，由頂穴入，達於自己的心中（自己蓮華之上）。最後觀想綠救度母，坐於自心蓮華之上，自己同本尊合一，達成「入我」的融入意味，自己變成本尊，入本尊三摩地。

《心咒》

觀想完成，手數唸珠，誦綠救度母心咒：『嗡。達咧。都達咧。都咧。娑賀。』百○八遍或竭力多誦。
