１９３５年由RKO搬上銀幕, 由艾琳鄧恩（Irene Dunne）主演

１９５２年版將片名改為劇中一首歌名［Lovely To Look At］, 由Mervyn LeRoy導演

翻拍片音樂, 彩色攝影, 服裝等製作皆屬一流, 電影評價則是中上

只是成本（２８１萬美元）過高

導致它的全球票房（３７７萬美元）在分帳後, 讓米高梅賠了７３.５萬元

電影最著名的曲目自然是［Smoke Gets In Your Eyes］
