由Timothy Mosley（Timbaland）＋Stephen Garrett創作，

歌詞講述一種被動攻擊性的關係，這種關係遇到困難，敘述者（艾莉雅）要求解決方案，而她的伴侶卻忽略她的感受。

Timbaland製作成一首融合’彈跳’的另類 R&B，嘻哈，電子放克的歌曲,

在搖曳的節拍中，艾莉雅以輕柔的嗓音演繹，並有製作人Timbaland客串饒舌．

在錄製第三張專輯期間，艾莉雅還在澳洲拍攝了她的第二部電影［Queen of the Damned］。

由於 Blackground Records 出現了不可預見的問題，Timbaland 根本不會出現在這張專輯中。

歌曲作者 Static Major 的前助理Tim Barnett 表示，他們‘回到紐約，在 Sound King 或曼哈頓錄音室進行創作。我們在新年後就做了這些。’

艾莉雅說服Timbaland為這張專輯製作唱片。

Timbaland 在專輯製作最後一周加入團隊，因此人們一直懷疑他是否能及時在最後期限前完成。

［We Need a Resolution］最初並沒有被考慮作為首支單曲。

由於 Timbaland 能否在最後期限前完成任務的不確定性，歌曲［Loose Rap］被選為專輯的首支主打，並已安排拍攝其隨附的音樂錄影帶。
