這是惡搞當時高走紅的歌壇女皇瑪丹娜（Michael Jackson）１９８４／８５年冠軍金曲［Like A Virgin／宛如處女］

歌曲由Tom Kelly＋Billy Steinberg作曲，瑪丹娜想出這個戲仿的標題．

 ‘怪人奧爾’揚科維奇改寫歌詞，

揚科維奇從一位新外科醫生的角度模仿這首流行歌曲，

他「更擔心的是他的病人在支付費用之前就已經死亡，而不是他們根本就快要死了”．

揚科維奇通常不會模仿其他音樂家的想法，但瑪丹娜部分參與這首歌的創作過程。
