２０００年秋天　好萊塢的環球公司推出金凱瑞主演的聖誕喜劇電影［Dr. Seuss How the Grinch Stole Christmas］　賣座鼎盛

電影中插曲之一的［Where Are You, Christmas?／你在哪,聖誕節?］由James Horner＆Will Jennings譜寫

原聲帶專輯中的版本較長, 除原作者外James Horner＆Will Jennings, 歌壇天后瑪麗亞凱莉（Mariah Carey）也是共同創作者

原本她已灌錄好, 但因為與前夫──Sony唱片總裁Tommy Mottola處在法律訴訟中, 無法發行

於是便由當紅的鄉村跨界天后費絲希爾（Faith Hill）重新灌錄　改成鄉村流行抒情版的聖誕歌曲
