今（16）日清晨氣溫回升，截至4:53各地平地最低氣溫為：北部（桃園大溪區）16.9度，中部（嘉義東區）15.4度，南部（台南白河區）16.1度，東部（花蓮壽豐鄉）15.8度。今晨中部以北有較多雲層（左圖），伴隨降水回波（中圖），並有局部降雨（右圖）；桃園有濃霧。

15日20時歐洲模式（ECMWF）模擬顯示，今日鋒面通過，降雨範圍擴大，中部以北、東半部明顯降雨，南部亦有局部雨；晚起首波「寒流」開始南下，氣溫漸降。今日中部以北及宜花天氣濕涼；各地區平地氣溫：北部15至21度，中部16至24度，南部16至28度，東部16至26度。

最新模式模擬顯示，明日「寒流」續南下，北、東仍有局部雨，中南部逐漸好轉、為雨後多雲時晴；氣溫繼續下降，愈晚愈寒冷。下週日至週一清晨，「寒流」最強，各地晴朗穩定，天氣「極寒冷」，尤其早晚、要特別注意保暖；台北測站最低氣溫將降至8度左右，本島平地最低氣溫亦將降至6度以下；民眾應注意保暖，農漁養殖業也應作好防寒措施。下週一白天起「寒流」漸減弱，天氣持續晴朗穩定，氣溫逐漸回升。下週二天氣晴朗，氣溫續回升，白天溫暖舒適、早晚冷，日夜溫差大。

最新模式模擬顯示，下週三起至下週末，另一波屬性偏乾的強冷空氣南下。下週三上半天北台灣有局部少量降雨的機率，但很快好轉，各地皆為晴朗穩定的天氣，並持續至下週末。期間白天在陽光下或不覺冷，入夜「強輻射冷卻」作用，氣溫降得很快、很低；清晨平地最低氣溫常在10度以下，應注意保暖、防寒！
