蘋果準備在今年發表3款全新Apple Watch，分別為標準版Series 8、平價版SE 2，以及極限運動版Pro，其中最引人注目的就是首度推出並預計將以Apple Watch Pro命名的極限運動版，外媒表示Apple Watch Pro的外型將會有相當大的改變。

《彭博社》記者 Mark Gurman指出，Apple Watch Pro除了螢幕將會比標準版大上7%之外，也會具備更長效的電力；此外，其外型也會重新設計，將會是自2018年Apple Watch Series 4以來的最大改變，Mark Gurman強調Apple Watch Pro的外型不會是圓形，也沒有傳聞中的平整式邊框，由於這款手錶是專為極限運動用戶開發的版本，因此外殼將使用更耐用的鈦合金材質，以抵抗強烈衝擊。

今年的Apple Watch將主打體溫感測功能，可透過感測器測量用戶體溫，並藉由體溫變化判斷用戶是否「發燒」，或是讓女性的經期預測更準確，但目前尚無法確定蘋果是否會進一步利用體溫感測器提供更多健康量測功能。

《彭博社》先前曾曝光即將推出的Apple Watch所有版本售價，標準版Series 8預計399美元起（約11935新台幣）、平價版SE為279美元起（約8345新台幣），至於最高階的極限運動版則是自900美元起（約26922新台幣），比iPhone 14的799美元（約23900新台幣）、iPhone 14 Max的899美元（約26892新台幣）還要貴。
