和許多人一樣，我也從"Fumbling Towards Ecstasy"專輯開始認識這位女歌手。她可說是才貌兼具、能詩善畫、能彈能唱又會作詞作曲的才女。只是她的詩以音符譜寫而成，更是扣人心弦。

這首讓人聽來血脈賁張的「Possession」背後有段故事：Sarah曾被一名渥太華電腦程式設計師跟蹤，為期三年，不得已申請保護令，後來寫了這首歌。但跟蹤客仍糾纏不休，針對這首歌控告Sarah，遭駁回。1994年，跟蹤客自殺。

美詩、美人，人見人愛，特別是兩者兼俱者，惟只能遠觀而不可冒犯焉。如歌名所示，"possession"意思是「占有」，但同時也有「著魔」的寓意。藝術世界與現實世界混淆不清，陷入迷戀之中無法自拔，往往是自尋煩惱、甚至釀成災難的開始。不可不自我警惕啊！
