A guarantee deposit of EUR 250 per apartment will be charged on the day of arrival and should be paid by cheque or credit card.

- Mondays - 8:30 to 12:00 and 16:30 to 20:00

- Tuesdays - 8:30 to 12 and 16:30 to 19:00

- Wednesdays - 8:30 to 11:30

- Thursdays - 8:30 to 11:30 and 16:30 to 19:00

- Fridays - 8:30 to 11:30 and 16:30 to 20:00

- Saturdays - 8:30 to 12:00 and 16:30 to 19:00

- Sundays - 8:30 to 12:00 and 16:30 to 20

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

From 19 December 2014 until 16 April 2016 room rates include: accommodation, all taxes and charges (except local tax), TV and bed sheets.

Baby kits are available upon request at the reception.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

The room rates include, accommodation, all taxes (except city tax), TV, bed linen and the final cleaning (except for the kitchen area).

Please note that ski equipment rental is available at the property upon reservation at least 7 days before arrival. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
