(2) air brush : Only can brush for 2 or 3 times, and I feel so hurt for my hand...... (3) chest roll: I ever tried about 30 times, not yet catch the key point. Although, I think the U-max is an ultimate disc - 175 g. What moves are you trying to learn now?
