▲太陽花學運一審宣判，林飛帆等22人無罪。（圖／記者楊佩琪、張曼蘋攝） 政治中心／綜合報導 針對2014年發生的太陽花學運，台北地方法院認為因符合「公民不服從」7項要件，並在3月31日一審宣判所有罪名及被告通通無罪。對此，國民黨政策會執行長蔡正元則在臉書酸說，反對政府推動的政策，攻佔行政院、立法院、司法院甚至是總統府等，只要喊出「公民不服從」，則一切都合法。 太陽花學運當時歷時1個月才落幕，其中，有行李箱專賣店22人被控煽惑他人犯罪、違反集會遊行法、無故侵入他人住宅或建物、妨害公務、侮辱公署，5項罪名，不過，時代力量立委黃國昌等被告於審理期間，以「公民不服從」概念為非無故侵入抗辯，院方因此參酌國內外學說，即德國的抵抗權定義，下了7項要件註解，並在3月31日一審宣判，所有罪名、所有被告，通通無罪，引發外界關注。 對於符合「公民不服從」而判無罪的女用包包結果，蔡正元則反諷，只要你是公民，你就可以不服從。你反對一例一休，攻佔行政院是合法的；你反對年金制度，攻佔總統府是合法的；你反對同婚制度，攻佔司法院是合法的，你反對進口日本核食，攻佔立法院是合法的。 蔡正元指出，「抗議者只要擔心號召攻佔人力太少，不必擔心攻佔有罪，且只要喊出公民不服從，一切都合法」，藉此狠酸太陽花學運之無罪。 男生包包品牌
