Topic: My yoga journey
Many years ago, because of working pressure, I could not sleep well for a long time. I took my wife's advice to participate a yoga part 1 course enrollment at Art of Living (AOL), Taiwan center in mid 2007. From that time, I started my yoga journey.
The part 1 course covered Asana, Pranayama, Sudarsan Kriya, basic meditation, group interactive activities, and knowledge sharing.
After that, I continued to participate the part 2 course three times; one in Taiwan and the other two in India. I travelled to AOL, International center in Bangalore, India for the course in 2008 and 2009. I stayed there for two weeks each time. The course was focused on meditation. During the course period, we were requested to keep silent for a few days to observe oneself. The feeling was quite peaceful. Besides the course, we attended Puja ceremony and Satsang. I saw a lot of people enjoy doing in the activities. Off the course, I took Ayurvedic treatments. After the treatments, I felt relaxed and comfortable. We also had sightseeing to downtown. The Bangalore city was a quite interesting place. In the trips, I also had an unforgettable memory on check-in process. It had taken a long time. From the experirnce, I learned and realized "what living in the moment is."
