I'm so glad to watch the video from your English class and make some efforts for the research of Richard. Your teaching attitude reminds me a lot and then I interpret this kind of manners into my future. Your passion on the students is a treasure. Please keep it for next ten year or more in your education career. Also, I will keep the path and follow your passion to find what I want.
You're so good and shiny to your students!

Do something you feel meaningful for time is pricelss. Today is a brand new day, so forget the meaningless past time. Here and now, you are different for you will be purposeful, focused, energetic, hopeful, and happy!

我很煩我很焦躁

我討厭我沒自信

但謝謝老師您都在為我們加油打氣
您不但有個家庭要照顧家也要照顧小孩
而且您卻也會為我們著想

我們有時很散漫心不在焉
做任何事都是拖拖拉拉

您總是會教訓我們
雖然話有時很直接明白
但我把它當成是震撼教育
讓自己清醒讓自己搞清楚現在該做什麼事

您把我們也當成是您的孩子
我們也很感謝您
很幸運有遇到這位老師

所以老師辛苦了

I can't see your panic for you have been so reliable and calm. I can realize how suffering you and all other classmates will be. With the great fear and stress for future, most of time, don't think of too much but just do what you can do right now. Great work come from numerous mini achievement. If you still feel at loss, read certain inpiring book..or play ur gitar to make you feel better for yourself. You have been so great! Trust me, you can keep hard working and get what you want finally!

專注力有問題的觀眾！（我們）
一向都是老師單方面的付出，我們雖然都有點不專心但多少都有學到東西！

偶爾有適當的放鬆自己！

So great! To know you have made a plan and you are achieving something. I beleive after you embrace grateful attitude my efforts, you will be more concerntrate on what i am sharing in class. It is never to late to change or to better ourselves. For you are young, everything is possible if you dare to dream and to take action.

I am happy to see your hopeful face again. We have talked a lot. You are very purposeful and growth-oriented boy, so I know you are strong enough to face any demanding challenge. Remember that win or lose is not the only thing that count but more about what you have got from your hard working. For there is only number 1 in any race, but if you have done ur best, you have already be the winner. Do right comparision, you are your only enermy. Good luck~!
