（中央社華盛頓22日綜合外電報導）美國總統當選人川普今天表示，美國必須大幅提高核武能力，直到「世界清醒過來」。數小時前，俄羅斯總統蒲亭（VladimirPutin）也作出類似誓言。

法新社報導，川普在推特寫道：「美國必須大幅加強並擴張核武能力，直到世界在核武問題上能清醒過來。」

川普前一天會晤五角大廈高層後，在推特貼出這段話。他沒有提供細節，或解釋來龍去脈。

這段表示要提升核武能力的公開發言，讓人想起冷戰時期各國誓言擴張軍備。這與總統歐巴馬的立場截然不同，他2009年曾在捷克布拉格一段著名演說中呼籲廢除核武。

2010年，歐巴馬與俄國時任總統麥維德夫（DmitryMedvedev）簽署所謂的新戰略武器裁減條約（NewSTART），要求美俄大幅裁減核武數量。

川普今天推文前，蒲亭矢言：「我們必須加強戰略核子部隊軍力」，他也吹噓俄軍在敘利亞戰爭中的優秀表現。
