譚醫師您好
我想請問.....
假若病人已發現有10公分肝癌, 腎功能又不太好
在作電腦斷層前所打的顯影劑是否會造成直接的
傷害, 或是在打顯影劑前, 可作一些預防措施呢
比如檢測是否會過敏..等

1.在作電腦斷層前所打的顯影劑,最要考慮的是對顯影劑的過敏反應.
2.但可以要求醫師使用較不會發生過敏者反應的顯影劑(或許要自費).
3.基本上,只要腎功能不要太差,顯影劑是比較沒有影響的,此外,醫師也會依腎功能的情況有來決定顯影劑的劑量的.

創作公益歌曲「We are the world」、被尊為「靈魂樂之父」的黑人盲歌星雷查爾斯(Ray Charles)，昨午(2004.06.10)因肝病病逝於加州比佛利山的自宅，享年73歲。
查爾斯1986年名列搖滾名人堂，1987年榮獲葛萊美獎的終身成就獎，唱紅的經典歌曲多不勝數，最有名的包括「喬治亞在我心」、「I Can’t Stop Loving You」。
