這顆千年至純九眼老天珠具有歷史悠久的 “風化紋” 和古老的打孔技術，稱為 “雙面對打孔”。

這個千年至純九眼老天珠也具備古代人工表面圓雕技術的 '不規則、不完全圓滑、而且不完全整齊圓滿的弧線’。顯然是由古代工匠以手工圓雕而成，並非是用現代機械工具所製造的。

2014 年 7 月 14 日與這顆千年至純九眼老天珠同款者在中信國際藝術品拍賣有限公司之拍賣成交價為 880 萬人民幣 (約新台幣 4,400 萬元。)。
