1. Main Idea of Working Principle

The rice color sorter is normally worked with the sensing equipment based on the different colors and shapes. And then it will separate materials into rejected and accepted one.

2. Image Captured

Raw material is fed with the feeder and the chute acts as the flow through the rails. To have purified and clear end product and reduce the repeated materials, the material starts to flow through the capture.

3. Data Processing

Upon entering the capture process, the screeners with dual angle use equipment with high resolution and quality will change the video signal. The working part of color sorter will determine the materials of different colors that considered as waste with what kind of signal characteristics. Finally the materials will be properly separated.
