Thermage CPT電波拉皮「全方位探頭3.0」(Total Tip 3.0)之高能量無痛施打技巧 Thermage CPT電波拉皮之新式橘色探頭:「全方位探頭」(Total Tip 3.0) Thermage CPT電波拉皮推出新式橘色探頭:「全方位探頭」(Total Tip),俗稱為CPT DC探頭,或「塑顏電波」,這種探頭也是屬於CPT系列產品,所以探頭表面也具有雙層薄膜,採用polyimide材質與金屬電極,構成電容薄膜,並可搭配震動功能,改良自傳統用於施打身體較厚組織的DC探頭,面積皆為3.0平方公分。傳統藍色探頭穿透深度2.4 mm,而CPT DC橘色探頭則為4.3 mm,所以它的作用深度較深,比CPT藍色探頭(Face Tip)多了79%的深度,加熱體積亦為藍色探頭的兩倍。對於下半臉的拉提程度,自該探頭最近上市以來,筆者的操作案例中,其效果優於傳統的藍色探頭。 善用熱力學原理,可能達到完全無痛的境界 (不使用麻醉藥物,也不使用表皮麻膏)據筆者目前的治療研究經驗,新式CPT Total Tip橘色探頭(DC探頭)與CPT電波拉皮Face Tip藍色探頭相比,總能量略高而相近(如果以900發,全程打最高能量treatment level 8.0為例,CPT Total Tip的總能量最高可打到約110KJ,CPT Face Tip最高可打到約108KJ,能量通量皆約為40 J/cm2左右,略有些微差異,通常Total Tip超過此值,而Face Tip小於等於此值)。CPT Total Tip橘 色探頭打得較深,所以能量分布體積較大,作用較為分散,因此對痛覺神經造成的刺激感可能較弱。若善用熱力學(thermodynamics)原理,以特殊 手法操作,更可能達到全程完全清醒,不使用麻醉藥物的情況下,可安全且無痛地使用8.0最高能量,完全不需要使用危險性較高的睡眠麻醉,也不需 要使用注射麻醉藥物的方式止痛。 (註:痛感是相當主觀的感受,少數案例可能仍有少數部位的灼熱刺痛感,但已與傳統電波拉皮酷刑式的痛感相差甚遠) 實際案例:王修含醫師為自己施打電波拉皮王修含醫師自行施打Thermage CPT DC電波拉皮(Total Tip 1200發探頭):運用熱力學原理,在全程清醒且不使用任何麻醉藥物,也不使用表皮麻膏的情況下, 可安全且無痛使用8.0最高能量(受試者:王修含)
