question 1. 語意是否為：我們可能會花些加班費由我們的人來做這個工作，但這些不會多到透過人力仲介的費用。
question 2. 請問 have our own peopole do the job 為何不需要加「to」為 have our own people to do the job.
question 3. 請問我是否可以寫成如下的句子：
Sure, it may cost us some in overtime salaries to have our own people do the job but it will not cost as much as going though temporary agencies.
