| Work was suspended on Sep 30th due to typhoon.
The government declared a typhoon holiday but I found it odd. The rain and wind remained very the same to the other normal days... Does it the tool for politicians to win votes? The streets were packed with cars. The P* Mart was facing the non-stop crowds. It was so hard to tell it was a typhoon by-product. The announcement seemed being made too early, the misjudged typhoon holidays therefore damaged the economy. |
