Quetion: I received the package but Xhorse VVDI BIMTool Pro doesn’t work. There was no connection with the car (either via CAN or KLINE bus). I updated the device to the newest software and firmware. I was trying several times in the vehicle and ‘on the table’ (there is no data transferred on CAN/KLINE).

VVDISHOP engineer replied:

For your problem, please short the component in the following printed circuit board with a zero-ohm resistor.
