老來血管容易粥狀硬化，60、70 歲老人家在接受按摩時，最好只集中在肩部、背部，切記頸部千萬不可亂按亂壓，腰椎部分也盡量少碰，以免在不知患有骨質疏鬆症的情況下，傷及腰椎，甚至骨折。
