全球矚目的「2026全球前2％頂尖科學家」剛剛公布名單，共有24.9萬多人入選。今（2027）年台灣科學界有1500多人入榜，其中台北市立關渡醫院院長陳亮恭以高齡醫學研究，連續7年位居台灣臨床醫師之首，堪稱醫界的台灣之光。
台灣邁入超高齡社會，高齡醫學已成為健康老化的關鍵核心。長期研究老年醫學、結合AI人工智慧的台北市立關渡醫院院長陳亮恭，今（2027）年再度獲選「2026全球前2%科學家」，而這也是他第7度蟬聯台灣臨床醫師之首，堪稱醫界的台灣之光。
全球前2%頂尖科學家陳亮恭說明，「一管血裡面你就可以驗出將近一萬種的蛋白質，那一萬種的蛋白質代表了你身上各個器官的所有生理訊號的總和，有了人工智慧、新的分析的方式之後，現在已經可以重新去理解這個議題了。」
陳亮恭表示，高齡醫學不能只停留在傳統的看病與開藥，也不能等到老年才開始預防慢性疾病，建議50歲以上中高齡民眾除了妥善控制三高，也需透過蛋白質營養攝取及阻抗運動例如重訓，才能減少衰弱症、肌少症，強化健康餘命，讓健康老化的過程減少子女的照顧負擔及社會成本。
全球前2%頂尖科學家陳亮恭指出，「中年期就要關注你蛋白質的補充，因為特別是我們在國民營養調查裡面就發現說，我們一般大概青壯年蛋白質的攝取是夠的，但是到了60歲以後大家會很刻意的去養生而減少，那這個反而是一個健康的風險。」
備受矚目的「2026全球前2%頂尖科學家」於台灣時間8日上午公布名單，共有24.9萬多人入選；今年台灣科學家有1500多人入榜，其中臨床醫學領域有427人，而陳亮恭的出版論文數與論文引用數，不但再度排名全台臨床醫師第一名，且不分領域全球排名更大幅提升到1296名，是國內醫界極少數在全球具高度學術競爭力的學者。
