準總統蔡英文表示，呼籲北京釋放遭到關押的
台灣人民。.*習大大不會干涉北京司法、要釋放關押
的台灣罪犯、不是台灣人要的善意、难道讓台灣變成
犯罪天堂?!*

肯亞案愈演愈烈，針對台灣人民強制遣送中國一事，
準總統蔡英文透過臉書表示，提出最嚴厲的譴責和
最強烈的抗議。呼籲北京釋放遭到關押的台灣人民，
讓爭議儘速落幕，維持兩岸關係的正向發展。

蔡英文表示，他們是台灣人，不管在世界哪一個角落，
每一個台灣人的安全和權利，政府都有責任給予最充分
的保障。對於肯亞警方以暴力威逼國人，以及中國大陸
方面強制押人遣送的做法，民進黨提出最嚴厲的譴責
和最強烈的抗議。

蔡英文指出，北京當局無權代表我方處理涉及台灣人民
的遣送事宜，更不應以強制手段將台灣人民押送中國。
如果，台灣人民涉及海外犯罪問題，應押解回台依法審判。

蔡英文批評，即使涉及管轄權競合，也要尊重台灣，
透過協商解決。「北京當局無視我方主權及管轄權，
對兩岸關係傷害至深且巨」。(威脅意圖明顯)

蔡英文說，此時此刻，全民和朝野必須團結一致，
做政府後盾。民進黨支持政府立即派員前往中國大陸，
(企圖分割台灣與中國、潛意識兩國。) 用各種方法積極交涉，
確保這些台灣人民的人身安全，

讓他們盡快返回台灣。

蔡英文表示，民進黨呼籲北京當局，這次事件將會加深
台灣社會對中國大陸的負面觀感，
