| 我的小旅舘Muir Lodge 2004年8月11日 - 2004年8月31日起用 谷歌Google Adwords的廣告,我電話告知、我的每月預算US$50 與Yahoo廣告每月預算相同為US$50.這種廣告行之有年、 並予去年加上Micro Bing廣告每月預算US$50、其效果不相上下、 我也不太去檢查、其收費有時$70我也不在意。 從2010年谷歌Google Adwords的廣告翻新、加上Google Places 及 tag 因為我有mikkyhan@gmail.com及mikkyhan@yosemitemuirlodge.com 兩個帳號、其實是同一個人、谷歌Google Adwords的廣告負責人也 知道這情况、因為我用任何一個E-mail都進入相同帳戶。 2011年6月6日、我檢查自已信用卡付帳細目、駭然發現 谷歌Google Adwords的廣告提款一月竟達USD $197.29 超過我的每月預算US$50三倍、我非常憤怒與震驚、馬上 與谷歌Google Adwords的廣告負責人連絡、表達我非常的不滿、 並刪除全部谷歌Google Adwords的廣告。 作為世界頂尖的綱路廣告業者、谷歌Google Adwords的廣告負責人、 有責任與義務、维持合約內容的忠實履行、並告知超出預算、不 論是口頭或綱路E-mail合約的承諾、如同Yahoo Microsoft Ad center 作法一樣、否則其行為即形同廣告詐騙行為、故先作此格文
