As always, ever since I became 乙肝病患者, I have followed up
my medical history very carefully.
I was hospitalized again this time was due to my pulse measured
29/minutes on 5/11/08, Dr. considered it a dangerous level.

I have kept thinking what was the co-relationship among those
Epivir, heart beats, Beef, and side effects of my decreased vision.
From day one after started taking Epivir my Pause (heart beat)
slowed down to around 50~60. For last 2 years the beats range down
to 40~50, and I had felt my eyes were tired
and yet after I ate beef the symptom were getting better. I could
drive normally for a few hours without problem. That had been
my experience for more than 10 years and no Doctors could explain
that. (Dr. Sandhu explained that during the past 10 years your
blood circulated too slow and not to the normal range which
degraded your vision as a results.)
Starting 2006, the check up showed great improvement in liver
function and other related data. I noticed that my blood pressure
was high I had to take medication to put blood pressure under
control. Dr. Ewing administrated the Hypertension medicine
"Atenolol". from 2006. The blood pressure were well managed
between 70~120. I had feeling happy. But one thing bothered
me from time to time was the heart beat were getting slower
always around 45~55 even though the blood pressure were
well managed in normal range. I mentioned to Dr. in order
to arouse her attention. She directed me to cut the
Atenolol from 50 mg to 25mg.
Then out of s sudden my experience in my article

while recuperating, the male nurse in Saint Agnes hospital
said that Atenolol did have the effects of slow-down the
heart Beats. That was the danger of mine.
After flight to Fresno by Helicopter
I was installed a "Pace Maker" in my chest to save my
life. I found there is a complete mixed feeling of my Pause,
Heart Beat. The new reading from Omron has been
always maintaining in the upper 70 which had never
happened in my 10 years since taking Evivir. The vision
has been greatly improved and I am trying to skip the
Beef steak my wife prepared for me and I am feeling fine.
What is the relationship among those Epivir HBV low count of
platelet slowed down heart beat and above all the BEEF? I have no
answer for that I will leave it to scientist and doctors in this
field. This is in deed a mystery.
