On December 21st of 2017 I went to Japanese one of the
Y-mobile branch office in Lalaport. I made a formal complaint to
their staff. The event was that I made a contract with their
Y-Mobile to provide with me, smart phone services carrying
in the contract that Carrier, namely Y-mobile will provide
me with phone as well as internet Wifi services.
During the one month period from Nov 1st to Dec 2nd I failed
in receiving any Wifi internet services. Yet I was charged
a monthly fee about Yen 8,400 from my bank A/C by
Soft Bank. I , therefore, considered this constitute a clear
case of FRAUD. Bank charged my fee without providing
actual services.
I am an old man at my age 83, I am using Internet Wi=Fi as
my daily routine to obtain outside information and happiness.
The Fraud has deprived my right from joyful connection with
my family as well as outside world. I strongly demand that
my loss of spiritual happiness and the loss of my small
fortune be compensated.
