Flamenco is a musical art form that has given birth to what is considered one of the most expressive forms of dance. It is made up of various elements and is often associated with the Romani people of southern Spain.

Flamenco dancers use their body movements and facial expressions to convey their deepest emotions. Their performances usually involve the clapping of the hands and kicking of the feet. They may also include little handheld wooden instruments called castanets, which make a clacking sound.
