Several days ago, two severe earthquakes in a row caused havoc to the two counties of eastern Taiwan.  People supposed "President" Cai and "Premier" Su should run to the damaged places in no time to give a holistic instruction upon the rescue plans.  But Cai was busy running for the nominees of DPP, and she made the governor of Taitong and many an official wait for her presence there in the briefing room for two hours.  Finally, when she came, she just made a scripted "speech" in a cold and dry manner and then left.  While Su changed his "visiting" schedules several times and made another governor wait a long time also. 

An even more funny thing was.  Both all wore an improper sleeveless vest of red and orange in color, separately.  I am not sure, since when politicians engaged in public activities, particular in campaigns must have worn a sleeveless vest with their names on it to identify themselves.  (I guess that Scrapes Song may have been the first.).  So, were they afraid that there might have people didn’t know them?  What the hell!
