The answer to the question is "US-Taiwan Initiative on 21st-century Trade".  What a joke!  

Taiwan, or ROC, whatever, has been trying hard to gain a close tie with the US by subject bilateral or mutilateral pacts.  But American always gave lukewarm responses to the request.  Why?  Because in American eyes, Taiwan is nobody but a toxic food and junk weapon receiver, an US de facto colony of lowest level.  Up to now, none has been signed.  All US wants are money and high tech from the island, and Taiwan is glad to be pliant that way, being like a cheating wife to make the cuckoid sick every once a while. 

Everybody knows the best way for Taiwan in economy is to sign the Service and Freight agreement with China Mainland under the frame of ECFA.  But DPP administration and its imbecile supporters just dont want to do it.  Okay, keep on pursuing your illusive dreams, idiots!
