That Wonky Cai has never been an unscripted speaker in any formal occassion.  She could make mistakes even when delivering a scripted speech.  Report said the other day Cai talked a scripted talk when meeting that US (handicapped) senator, she said Taiwan "will impose economic sanction upon Ukraine", while she also claimed Taiwan will "continue helping Ukraine".  This time I cannot believe my ears!   

FYI, yesterday I got a piece message from LINE, as attached below.  I cannot tell the message is true, or it is just a piece of joke:    

蔡英文說：和尚感染了，尼姑也要注意⚠️

蔡英文在台上發言說：我們要確保已經確診的和尚，未確診的人都要做好隔離措施！他又補充道：你們看看，現在廟裏的和尚都感染了，多危險⚠️所以尼姑也要高度重視！

陳時中在旁邊都快急死了！ㄧ直跺著腳！
