皚如山上雪，

Love should be as white and pure as snow on mountain,

皎若云間月。

or as white and pure as the moon in cloud.  

聞君有兩意，

Now that your heart is going astray,

故來相決絕。

so I come to part.  

今日斗酒會，

Today let us have our last toast,

明旦溝水頭。

Tomorrow let us have leave-taking at the ditch.

躞蹀御溝上，

I will stroll along the ditch alone,

溝水東西流。

and shall never return like the water.

淒淒复淒淒，

Though being unhappy the earlier days when I married you,

嫁娶不須啼。

this time I shall never cry over you again.        

願得一心人，

I wish we were being a couple with one accord to each other,

白頭不相離。

till the end of our days.

竹竿何裊裊，

The married life should be as lively as a fish

魚尾何簁簁！

shaking its wet tail on the rod.

男兒重意氣，

A man should keep the words he have promised,

何用錢刀為！

why should he yield the oath of love to money!

PS It is said 卓文君 wrote this poem to her husband 司馬相如 when she heard he prepared to take a concubine.  Please google to find their story if you do not know them.  FYI, in addition to this one, she also wrote a "怨郎詩" which, I think, is beyond translation mostly because of its palindrome style:
 

"一別之后，二地相懸。只說三四月，誰知五六年。七弦琴無心彈，八行字無可傳（八行書無可傳），九連環從中折斷，十里長亭望眼欲穿。百思念，千系念，萬般無奈把郎怨（萬般無奈把君怨）。萬語千言說不完，百無聊賴十依欄。九重九登高看孤雁，八月仲秋月圓人不圓。七月半，秉燭燒香問蒼天，六月伏天人人搖扇我心寒。五月石榴似火紅，偏遇陣陣冷雨澆花端。四月枇杷未黃，我欲對鏡心意亂。急匆匆，三月桃花隨水轉，飄零零，二月風箏線兒斷。噫，郎呀郎，巴不得下一世，你為女來我做男。"
