Today in one of my LINE groups people ardently discussed the so-called "Digital Covid-19 Certificate" to be introduced in Taiwan.  The certificate can be used as a digital evidence in addition to the "Vaccination Card"(or small yellow card).  Applicants can use their smart phone to access the website and to scan the QR code, and it is done. 

I told the LINE members that almost two years ago, China Mainland already implemented such a digital certificate.  (I am not sure if any paper certificate is still there in force.)  So, Taiwan has been lagged a long, long time, and green media have nothing to boast of at all.
