Further to her announcement of discontinuing to publish Bo Yang’s "The Ugly Chinese", Ms. Zhang Xianghua said today that there are still "ugly Chinese" existing in the island. She particularly pointed out that "minister of health" Chen is the one, due to the frivolities he did during the quarantine time regulated by himself. Chen had made him a perfect example to define the ugly Chinese, as per Ms. Zhang. 

But I bet you 1 dollar that Chen would have never admitted he is Chinese. So, he would be excluded from being put in that category. Ms. Zhang, may I say that you are barking up the wrong tree.
