PLA dispatched its sorties of 39 aircraft to fly over the ADIZ of southwestern Taiwan yesterday, breaking the record it just set one day earlier.  

I noticed that the frequent "incursions" have been insensitive to the people on the island, the Mainlanders as well.  A well-known critic in Mainland even commented jokingly that the parades on PRC National Birthday have been moved to Taiwan Strait.

Nevertheless, I also noticed American media are seemingly more nervous over the situation of Taiwan Strait than Beijing and Taipei.  While the robber barons of arms dealers would think this is a lucrative opportunity to sell more (junk) weapons to Taiwan, the U.S. government would be concerned more about how to avoid the face-to-face confrontation against PRC over Taiwan. 

BTW, may I remind you, DPP administration, you are good at using tactics of salami slicing in approaching Taiwan Independence, but PLA is also good at using the similar method to paralyze your defense, militarily and psychologically.
