The NPP has five and the People First Party has three, while the Non-Partisan Solidarity Alliance and an independent have one seat each.KMT proposals to slash the budget for the Ill-gotten Party Assets Settlement Committee and disband the committee were also rejected.The committee was established by the Cabinet in August last year based on the Statute on Handling the Inappropriate Assets of Political Parties and Their Affiliated Organizations （政黨及其附隨組織不當取得財產處理條例）. The statute was enacted by the legislature in July last year.According to the regulations, some of the KMT’s property has been frozen pending investigations into party assets.The KMT caucus also proposed cutting the Ministry of Education’s budget, which weighed in during a controversy over a phrase used by Lai He （賴和）, the father of Taiwan’s nativist literary movement, that has been cited by the Presidential Office in the spring couplets it plans to give away.The KMT said the ministry’s response amounted to education serving political goals.The next legislative session is to open after the Lunar New Year holiday ends on Feb. 1.Additional reporting by Abraham Gerber新聞來源：TAIPEI TIMES 工商時報【王中一、涂志豪╱台北報導】 蘋果下一代的iPhone 8規畫導入電池快充功能，被視為是「果粉最期待的新功能之一」，而相關零組件供應鏈早已進行激烈的卡位戰。據傳，全球最大的橋式整流器（GPP）廠商敦南（5305）搭配和碩（4938）的組合，已成為最大贏家，敦南並拿下過半數的GPP訂單。 業者指出，iPhone 6及iPhone 7本身搭載電源控制晶片，所以可利用輸入功率較高的iPad充電器進行充電，而充電的速度確實比使用原本的充電器要快，但這並非真正的「快充」功能。隨著高通、聯發科等IC設計大廠推出可搭配手機晶片的快充技術、USB-IF完成新一代USB-PD標準房貸2胎那一家銀行比較快後，蘋果似乎決定「從善如流」，在iPhone 8加入真正的快充功能。 業界傳出，蘋果iPhone 8將配備蘋果客製化的Tristar 3 Hydra快充晶片，至於與快充晶片一起搭配的橋式整流器，也會由每支手機搭載1顆、增加至2顆，整個商機變得更大。而早已在中國大陸品牌手機廠商搶下不少快充GPP市占率的敦南，挾實戰成績進一步拿下蘋果的iPhone 8的相關訂單，預計第二季末開始量產出貨。 事實上，大陸手機廠OPPO就是靠著快充功能竄紅，最著名的廣告詞就是「充電五分鐘、通話兩小時」；至於OPPO的「兄弟品牌」Vivo同樣積極推動快充，等於在中國大陸前三大手機品牌中，敦南就搶下兩家的訂單。此外，敦南在今年也還將新增一家「中國大陸第4～5大手機品牌」客戶，繼續擴大市占率。 敦南去年合併營收104.87億元、重返百億關卡，年成長11％。若以四大產品的表現來看，都比前一年度成長，其中又以IC產品的16％年增率表現最佳，分離式元件的10％則是居次。其中，分離式元件當中的橋式整流器受惠於快充功能普及，以及通訊及家電等產品有不錯的收獲，彌補了PC下滑的缺口。 從籌碼面看，敦南儘管擁有美國上市公司達爾科技、IC設計公司昂寶、車用發電機二極體廠朋程和銅箔廠金居等龐大的轉投資收益、估計超過百億元，但長期以來股性相對溫吞，唯此一慣性已有改變。市場傳出，敦南從12月底開始，開始吸引外資和投信進場卡位，近15個交易日分別買超9,000張和3,000張，將股價緩步向上推高，昨（18）日以上揚3.56％、26.15元作收，寫下2015年7月以來新高。 CE8A28C75AC205EE |
