Aerobics is a system of exercise designed to improve cardiovascular conditioning. A regular program of aerobics can improve the body’s ability to absorb oxygen efficiently, which can increase energy and improve endurance. To achieve the maximum benefit, aerobic exercise should be performed three to five times a week, for 15 minutes to an hour.
