Files script steps：檔案腳本

New File：允許使用者建立一個新資料庫檔案   

語法：New File  

Open File：打開指定的FM檔案或允許由使用者選擇一個檔案來打開    

語法：Open File [Open hidden; “<filename>”] 

Close File：關閉指定的FM檔案    

語法：Close File [Current File/”<filename>”]     

Convert File    

Convert File：換轉一個被支援的類型檔案到FM檔案中

語法：Convert File [Open File; “<filename or source>”; No dialog; Skip Indexes] 

Set Multi-User：設定資料庫在網路是否供人存取    

語法：Set Multi-User [On/On (Hidden)/Off]     

Set Use System Formats：啟用或關閉「系統格式結構之儲存」    

語法：Set Use System Formats [On/Off]     

Save a Copy as：拷貝目前的資料庫檔案進行另存    

語法：Save a Copy as [“<filename>”; Automatically open; Create email; copy/ compacted/clone]

Recover File：回復(修復)一個受損的FM檔案    

語法：Recover File [No dialog; “<filename>”]  

Print Setup：設定列印選項的內容並儲存到腳本中 

語法：Print Setup [Restore; No dialog] 

Print：將前述指定的內容印出

語法：Print [Restore: “<printer>”; No dialog]
