ping fail
(1)phy is ok? UUT link to pc ubuntu. PC changes 1000/100/10. UUT phy gets the change ?
(2)tx is ok ? UUT ping non-exist ip to generate arp. Does PC rx acc increase ? ethereal.
(3)rx is ok ? PC ping non-exist ip to generate arp. Does UUT rx acc increase ?
