Dear Harry, Have read your mail and know you are a very kindly person to pursuit your life ! The health it is very important to all the people,last year it is a very little sick to me,very comment things to many people, but as I am not realized this ,just feel nervous and think more,then read many books of how to keep a people health. 1. keep good mood, learn to optimistic to see the world. 2.eat the nature food,as we are come from nature. 3.with sport everyday, maybe walk it is very important, walk more...as you like ,keep happy. hope the about advise can a little useful for you! Sometimes with more work it is not better, as a person energe it is the same,should learn how to balance oneself. Best regards! Amy
