我個人可以做到的環保行動，也請大家響應:

1. 減少紙類的使用:

全國二千三百萬人，每天的「廁所衛生紙」可達三四○公噸之多。衛生紙丟入馬桶，不會造成阻塞，所以我現在都配合推行垃圾減量方案，廁所內使用捲筒衛生紙後，直接放入便盆內沖入化糞池措施。

減少紙類傳單使用,拒絕收或拿紙類傳單。

問卷盡量使用電子問卷，減少紙張使用。多利用自行填充、再利用的產品，可減少資源的浪費，並多使用再生紙。

4. 購買原地生產的產品，既便宜又健康。吃多少買多少煮多少，要不然吃不完就造成浪費。

5.確實做到垃圾分類:事實上，垃圾中可以回收的資源至少佔了40%，
輕忽回收減量使我們浪費資源卻得到更多垃圾。

水銀電池含有毒物質，不可將之與一般垃圾混合在一起， 在搬運、擠壓的過程中，水銀可能流洩出來，污染環境。 建議您將用完的水銀電池收集起來，再將之投入便利商店的電池回收筒中。

將飲料鋁罐、餅乾盒等金屬品集中賣給資源回收者 ( 收酒矸的 )。

 喝完的飲料鋁箔包、牛奶盒等請將它壓扁，再將它丟至垃圾桶中。空的紙盒在丟棄前請將它拆開、壓扁，做到垃圾減量 ( 容量 ) 。 在辦公室或學校中影印可採雙面影印，且可將不要的廢紙集中起來，再送給專收紙類的商人。

6. 減少使用電量:

早睡早起，這樣減少夜晚使用電燈的情形，並且家中盡量採用省電設計。

隨手關燈，出門時一定拔掉不需要用的電器插頭。

空調溫度定於28度，劑量使用風扇和循環電扇，不要開冷氣。

7.多種植植物和樹木

8. 拒用保麗龍餐盒、湯匙。因為保麗龍無法在土中腐爛，而且保麗龍 在焚燒時會放出毒氣，危害環境甚巨。

9. 購物時我都自己攜帶購物袋，減少不必要的塑膠袋，並主動拒絕接受塑膠袋，店家亦儘量少用塑膠袋包裝物品。

10. 利用黃豆粉代替洗碗精，自然、健康又環保！

11.少用免洗餐具（免洗筷、免洗湯匙、免洗杯等），儘量自己攜帶，衛生又環保。雖有一點點小小的麻煩，卻可以減少不必要的浪費！

12.多走路或騎腳踏車，既健康又省錢喔!
