Doesn’t everything that exists has love as its soul?

Except for love, nothing you see will forever remain.

存在的每件事物不是都有愛作為它的靈魂？

除了愛，你所見到的沒有一樣東西會永遠留存。

Your being unborn is like the East

and your appointed term is like the West,

within another sky that does not look like this sky.

你的誕生就像東方

你存活的期間就像西方，

在另一個看起來不像這個天空的天空當中。

The way toward Heaven is inward; lift the wings of love!

Once the wings of love are strong, no need for a ladder remains.

通往天堂的道路在裡面；張開愛的翅膀！

一旦愛的翅膀強壯了，就不再需要一張梯子。

Do not look at the world from outside, see the world behind your eyes;

if you shut your two eyes to this world, this world may not remain.

不要從外面來看世界，要從你的雙眼後面來看世界；

如果你對這個世界閉上你的雙眼，這世界或許就不復存在。

Your heart is like the rooftop, and the senses are the downspout;

take your water from the roof before the gutters fall into ruin.

你的心就像屋頂，諸感官就像水落管；

在你的排水管壞掉之前趕快從你的屋頂取水。

The human body is the bow, breath and words its arrows;

when the arrow and quiver are gone, no use for the bow remains.

人類的身體是弓，呼吸和語言文字則是它的箭；

當箭與箭袋都不在了，留著弓也沒用。
