Rumi：

I went crazy last night, love ran into me and said:

'I am coming, do not shout, do not tear your clothes, speak no more.'

'O love!' I said: 'I am afraid of other things.'

'There is nothing else' it said: 'speak no more.

I shall whisper hidden words into your ear;

You just nod in approval, except in secret speak no more!'

我昨晚瘋了，愛跑到我裡面，說：

「我來了，別叫，別撕破你的衣服，別再說話。」

「噢，愛啊！」我說：「我怕的是其他的事情。」

「沒有其他事了」它說：「別再說話。

我會把密語輕輕吹進你的耳裡；

你只要點頭贊成，除非不再密語。」
