１９８８年, 在出完［One More Story］專輯後,美國創作實力歌手彼得塞特拉（Peter Cetera, 1947-）與妻子離婚, 讓他淡出樂壇

直到１９９２年７月,

這位前芝加哥樂團主唱才發行睽違四年的第四張個人大碟［World Falling Down／墜落的世界］（Warner Bros）－－名稱形容其婚姻的崩塌

由他,英國的 Andy Hill,以及加拿大的大衛佛斯特（David Foster）製作, 但樂評普通。

首支單曲是［Restless Heart／不安的心］

由彼得與Andy Hill合寫，塞特拉製作成一首軟調搖滾抒情曲, 旋律悅耳,

在討好的中板節奏間, 彼得與合音在副歌形成合諧的雙部合唱。

［Restless Heart］登上Billboard單曲榜＃３５, 副榜－－成人當代榜冠軍（第五次）

加拿大＃６　德國＃５３　加拿大＃８９

由於在美國成績不理想, 導致［World Falling Down］只升到Billboard專輯榜＃１６３, 銷售失望。

之後塞特拉離開華納, 與獨立小廠牌River North Records簽約,

不過其聲勢仍持續下滑。
