health, be near to Grandma who
suffers in the time of weakness and
pain, relieve her of their burden
and heal her, if it be Your will.

Give peaceful sleep to Grandama
who needs rest for soul and body,
and be with her in her hours of
silence. Bless her with a strong spirit.
 
Inspire with Your love those
who bring healing and care to the
suffering. May they bestow your
gifts of health and strength to the beloved Grandma.

Good for you to go along with your body/mind's feelings. Cheer up and enjoy the new work week as much as you can. Read a nice book, see an engaging movie or talk with somebody that you want to talk with...to let go of the things that are tying you with fatigue and be the person you want to be .

Dear BB,

How are you now---I hate that softball---if it hurts bad it would be good to let your leg(is it?)relax a bit.Biking is way too intense---you know how you feel and decide for yourself. I wish I were there plastering something(膏药?) onto it to help the blood circulate well.

I just came back from biking --that's why my answer is so late---I feel the pain and hate that softball which means anything but soft. Put some ice to feel less pain.
