Say Grace to the Sun

We shall be very grateful
to see the sunrise each day,
It means we are still alive and breathing.

Live is impermanent and short.
We are all travelers
on the journey of this very live.
So, make good use of each day of this live.

A new day begins with sunrise.
it ends up with a sunset.
Just figure out how much have we done
full mindfully in a day?

Are we playing a good part today?
With Love to our beloved:
son or daughter,
brother or sister,
husband or wife,
father or mother
friend or relatives
or to someone else special?
It does not matter,
whatever we do,
just be honest and true to ourselves.

Yesterday is gone.
Tomorrow is yet to be.
Today is what we have in our hands,
Today is what we can really grasp
right here and now.
Be our own master for today, and
plan to fully utilize the day and
not waste any minute of it.
Each day we cherish
new hope,
Excitement,
new experience,
that we can rectify the wrongness,
that we can heal our sorrow and grief.
that we  can make our life peaceful and colorful.

The sun always cheer us up,
with its' vast energy, power, inspiration and love.
The sun brings us from darkness to light,
from refreshment to labor,
from dream to reality,
from coldness to compassion,
from un-awakened to awakened,
from delusion to clarity.


Waving to glory sun,
Under its’ sunshine, 
Our minds are clear and bright.
We can see through things with clarity.

I weave my hands to you.
I weave my hands to you.

May our journey hereby be eased,
light, swift and sweet.
Never give up each of your Today.
