- 1. adapt (v.) 適應to change your ideas or behavior to fit a new situation
- 2. anxiety (n.) 焦慮fear or nervousness about what might happen
- 3. associate (with)(v.) 聯想to think of one person or thing when you think of another person or thing
- 4. biological (adj.) 生物的of or relating to the characteristics of living things
- 5. community(n.) 社群 a group of people who have the same interests, religion, race, etc.
- 6. compel (v.) 迫使to force (someone) to do something
- 7. consequently (adv.) 結果as a result
- 8. drive (v.)驅使 to compel or urge
- 9. in time (phrase) 最後; 終於eventually
- 10. manage (v.) 設法to handle and take care of (something) with a degree of skill
- 11. minimize (v.) 最小化to make something as small as it can be
- 12. move on (phrase) 前進to start to continue with your life after you have had a bad experience
- 13. outcome (n.) 結果a final product or end result; consequence
- 14. persistent (adj.) 堅持的continuing to do something or to try even though it is difficult
- 15. refine (v.) 精煉to improve (something) by making small changes
- 16. reluctant (adj.) 勉強的not willing or eager to do something
- 17. remind(v.) 提醒to cause (a person) to remember
- 18. reputation (n.)聲譽 the opinion people have about someone or something
- 19. satisfaction(n.)滿足 a happy or pleased feeling because of something that you did or something that happened to you
- 20. willing (adj.)樂意的 happy to do something voluntarily, helpful, cooperative
