31歲的演員洪毓璟曾在「八尺門的辯護人」中演移工，戲份不多卻讓人印象深刻；最近則在公視台語台「鹽水大飯店」中飾演富家子弟，不只是餐廳獨生子還是學霸，角色設定竟和他本人境遇很相似。
洪毓璟透露，自家在菜市場賣滷味，從小就被媽媽嚴格灌輸「要努力讀書未來才會出人頭地」的觀念，所以小時候功課還不錯，小學畢業得到議長獎，國中還考過校排名第二，但高中開始玩社團，決定追求讓自己開心的藝術之路，後來考上中山大學的劇場藝術學系。
